So is beamng better then its ing the crash modeling and physics of course tracks not laser scanned bit is it more realistic as in how car responds and handles andotors soind more real im lost on what beamng is

I dream of a day where we have a nascar game with a damage model like this and A.I that you could just sit there and watch a race with whatever settings if you wanted (like NR2003). It’s something so simple yet so many racing game developers don’t do it.

I think these are genuinely the most realistic ones I’ve seen so far. So many “realistic” Motorsport crash compilations have flips that don’t look right, cars flying all over the place and shit getting ripped in half and tossed everywhere.

you should try out the ministock mod for these dirt track crash comps, some configs are broken, but if you get one that isnt, and swap the engine out with a mod, as well as turning the hydrodynamic friction up in the road grip editor, you can get them to very similar speeds to real sprint cars/midgets, some of the most fun ive had in this game
