Link FBX is the best workflow according to my experience. Link Revit is lagging more therefore working with it is harder.

But the meshes especially the round or curves are not good. how can we get clean mesh when importing?
10x for the comment. Usually when you import round/curved meshes there are bugs and it requires to be remodel. doing that for a game is a waste of time, it can work for small tests with a few objects, but is not useful for a complex scene...
