Canyoneering Lambs Knoll Near Zion National Park | Virgin Utah
Canyoneering in Utah was such a cool experience. We had never done it before but wanted to give it a try. I made an amateur mistake and forgot my GoPro helmet mount screw at the lodge, so I missed out on getting POV shots of me climbing down the canyon walls, but did take video of everyone else on my phone as they made their way down.
We booked a half-day trip with Red Dessert Adventure and they took us out to Lambs Knoll climbing site, which is northwest of Zion National Park. The Lower Emerald Pool Trail is a great, low-difficulty hike. It's roughly 1.4 miles in an out, but with low elevation gain. The Canyon Overlook Trail is a must-see experience and was one of our favorite hikes we did while staying in Zion National Park. Nice video but who wears white to go horse back riding in Utah.
My 18-yr old daughter, lol! You should have seen how rusty orange those pants were by the time she got off the horse. Pretty sure it took 2 washes and some bleach to get the red out.

Although maybe not the grandeur you get in Zion, this hike in Kanab was one of my favorites, and it was gorgeous for sure.
I really felt peacefulness and solitude of this one.
It really was a great hike. Almost surreal when you’re there walking around staring up at these colossal rock structures. So much fun, hope to get to do it again.

Not all US airports have direct flights to Exuma, but Miami will typically have multiple flights there every day, so probably need to take flight to Miami, and then Exuma is a quick 1 hour 10 min flight from Miami.
