Ouch you fly well for a newbie
@@Droneaway-72 Thank you.
I'd love some delicious non alcoholic choices in life!
RIGHT!? Zero to Hero!
Doesn't get more tasty.
great video.
Hell yeah, I might join
Come on brother, let's see what you got. You do have youth on your side....bloody whippa-snappa 🤣😉
I would have liked to skate that undercover spot. Looks good for flat ground. Ever get any obstacles there? Jump ramp etc. I skated Liverpool England in late 80s and all 90s. We had a small undercover spot that was a lifeline in rainy northern England. Kept scene going.
No launch ramps at this spot. People are very intolerant in general here, or seem so as a result of the “face saving“ culture. However I feel that if someone started doing a diy at a spot that has not been officially handed over to skaters then someone would report it. Thanks for the comment, I started skating in the 80's but sadly dropped it at the start of the 90's. I have always had a board, but not seriously used it again until this year. I am happy to be back on it.
Nice work Duncan, enjoyed watching!
Thanks dude, I really appreciate that and am glad you enjoyed it. More to come soon.
Really smooth interview Duncan, was chill to listen to. The footage captured the lone wolf aspect of skating, like especially as an adult skater, most of the time you're skating alone. I felt like a lone wolf from being a foreigner wondering around in Taiwan by myself so that seems like the theme of this video to me haha
Thank you brother, I am glad you felt a connection.
like i would i lost it tho
yes sooooofun
hi Duncan it is James Spettigues daughter Bella and I love your videos great art!
Hi Bella, thank you very much. There is a bit of a funny reason I made this little video, next time I see you I will tell you. Did you make it?
Awesome video. Inspires me to share my near misses with my DJI FPV😂
For me it is part of enjoying drones. If we spend our whole time stressing about crashing etc then we will never enjoy ourselves. Yes it can be expensive, but life is too short to not laugh about our mistakes. 😊😊
@@DuncanLongden agreed 👍
Ken Heron sent me 🌞 You were a great guest on TNL.
Thank you very much, it was fun to be on.
HAAA!! Glad it survived!
That was beautiful Duncan. Great job on the editing. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. Stay safe my new friend.
Thank you very much, glad that you enjoyed this one. Too windy to fly right now think there must be a typhoon near by. Hope to get in the air soon though.
Amazing video I went yesterday to lugu township hehe
I hope you stayed safe and had good light.
Awesome!
Thank you Ken, and thank you for the kind appreciation of my work. One thing though perhaps you can help with. When you played this there was a really annoying little bix for my channel in the top left corner. Do you know how to stop that happening please?
Beautiful location!
Thanks Ken... sort your passport out. Motorcycle rental is cheap and the roads are great. Best not mention the other drivers though!
pretty pretty.
Thank you very much.
Really nice done, amazing places
Awesome !
Noooooo... but seriously that was a sick looking slash grind. You're improving fast and this can happen when toy push yourself.. you got me stoked on that season though👍👍👍
Thanks Dude, I watch the way I was floating the truck out over the coping but not grinding, it looks like a slam was going to happen. To be honest I am happier I hung up as opposed to the last wheel riding out and racking my shins along the coping before face planting haha. I will see how things are looking next week, bike needs some work so it is off the road for a week.
@@DuncanLongden edging out is not that bad.. you'll do both that's how you learn. The point is your not the average middle aged man.. I can see that in you🤘💪
Nice work man you got this good session!!!! Keep ripping it up! Hit my channel back dude! 🦈🤟🎉
Kick flips bother my elbows sometimes i pull a muscle.. enjoyed the clips👍
Yeah, think it is a combination of things. Lifting boxes full of my wife's magazine collection certainly didn't help!
Glad to see you adding front side at this point👍
That FS has a long way to go. Trying to get my head around pumping fs is tricky enough.
Perfectly executed👍💪
too kind man
That bowl looks so fun
It is a lovely little place, wish they had built the corners smoother but they made them in segments.
Very nice. Those first nails are the worst when you are still figuring out how to catch yourself. Great skating
Thank you very much, it is wierd I have no fear of riding my scooter here fast as Incan through every turn. I should have no fear of a tumble from my board. I guess it is relative though, I am way more comfortable on powered two wheels. Practice is the key ofcourse, and having these few slams has helped me fear them less. It is all part of the learning process.
Bro, you did awesome.. I was stoke you hit that coping.. how was that feeling? Amazing right🤘 great job
Thanks man, it did feel good. Not far to go until I hit a grind. Definitely getting elbow pads sorted. Next things to aim for, more speed, front wheels down through the carve, drop in on the concrete bowl at my local park, hit a grind and start more focus on frontside carves. Not rushing or it will become a stress and not a pleasure.
WOWZERS! My family gets really thirsty! Nice job Duncan!
Hey, thanks Ken, that is very Kend of you. There is certainly a large contingent of your flock here.
This is a herondous video.
Surely you mean a herondously kentastic video!
