What is that blue pen you are using?

My two youngest kiddos (9 and 6) LOVE getting money for their birthdays. Unless it’s a toy or something they specifically asked for, they get way more excited about receiving money and being able to save up for whatever they wanted. Because of that, I’ve also been having those “why am I getting kids random toys that they might not even play with?” thoughts. 😅

Yay! So glad this video popped up. I was having a pretty crabby morning, then saw this - it turned my whole mood around and motivated me to do some planner updates. Thanks!

I could only make it halfway through your video when your lack of explaining the actual product Commit 30 and the excessive telling your children to beat it go overwhelming. I wanted to get insight on how the journal was laid out and if I should switch from this certain journal I’ve been buying every single year since 2000. Good luck on your 2025. I don’t want to sound like a a$$, but this was supposed to be about Commit 30 and some sticker pack.

I love your authenticity! I’ve watched this video a few times since I rant across it yesterday. Love your style! I’m just now breaking free of feeling like I have to be a copycat of everyone I see on social media, and this video helps. It’s freeing to realize that I can do whatever I like in my Hobonichi! There are no Hobonichi police. I do quite a bit of Dear Diary writing so I’m going to have a dedicated book for that and also a dedicated common place book where I can put reference, lists, collections, and notes that I gather from books and videos. Please keep making videos. :-)

I used the sneaker weeks last year. I made a craft paper cover for it (just like for textbooks when we were kids) and then put it in a regular sized clear cover and it fit perfectly. Can’t wait to see what you choose!

Great video! I am a one planner girl for a year! I had fallen into the trap of wanting two or three planners for different things. It never worked for me! I am settled with the Commit 30 deluxe for 2025! Your videos helped make the decision for me! Thank you!

When I see your account, I immediately think “Hobonichi weeks” 😭 it’s what brought me to you. However, I also understand the feeling of wanting to avoid purchasing something you will not use. I say, do not invest too much into it if you’re not sure what the purpose of it will be or if you will even use it. It’s best to just get the Weeks for now, in my opinion, and then if you’re still thinking of the black moterm, get it as well- I have this black moterm though and totally hate it because it doesn’t lay flat. 😂 I have never used it and it’s in its box ever since I got it like a year ago. Anyhow… I hope you can figure out what to do. It’s ok to take your time to figure it out.
