Ok not to defend the guy and I don’t believe he arranged therapy for a second, but it absolutely IS a scary prospect. Therapy is like someone holding a mirror up to you and you see your true reflection for the first time. You have to confront your demons, past trauma that you locked away and all the things you’ve been suppressing, so yeah it is scary. It’s a shame he’s talking crap. There’s no way he arranged therapy on a Sunday afternoon/night and will have his first session in time to upload at 8am 😂
