I went to my local exercise equipment store and got three for $10. www.roguefitness.com/rogue-loop-bands Should be able to easily find they are popular and so versatile. @@JoeKeegan-c7f You likely won’t be able to use that exact variation, depends on your balance on your right side. You could try with feet closer together than your normal stance, no staggered stance, feet parallel and hit little shots and let your upper body rotate to the target. How is your game generally do you take lessons?

@@terrynoble8662 Good question, slight over the top and down, pretty typical hand path for many good players, Snead, Knudson, Scheffler, More Norman, Hogan etc, but not the clubhead, get to P6 pre-impact position parallel to target line. The drills help ingrain a good transition to use your feet and ground to start down. Many golfers don’t have the mobility for the big shallowing move, especially as they get older, requires a lot of hip pelvis rotation to strike the ball. I like to feel a little in to out on the drills though👍🏼A little in to out, out to in hand path all good get to the good delivery position👍🏼

@@kenbagwell8551 Knudson was a wonderful legendary balls striker with simple concepts for a natural swing for all golfers. He had a shortish swing, I’ve always played better with a shorter swing and never lacked distance👍🏼Good stuff, let us know how it goes! Thanks!

Thanks let us know how it goes for you👍🏼Very common problem, golfers overturn going back. A technique and mobility issue.

It’s a flat footed rotation, actually a fair bit of pelvis rotation to strike the ball. The drill will help the sequence of your rotation quite a bit and prevent from rotating too early.

Not dumb at all. Do it! Got many students that use it on the course. It will really help you sequence your body rotation much better. The traditional rotational swing can be very difficult in the beginning. This will help your timing and contact greatly! Have fun with it.

You can … and if you watch the tour pros you will see many of them, to varying degrees, pull the trail foot back to hit shots during a round. there are several ‘drills’ you can take from the practice area to the course and play with them. if it helps you and it works, do it!!
