It did work for me and others who've tested so far. Fingerprint won't be an issue and ofcourse, you'll get OTA as well.

you won't need to format your PC. I am wondering about the data from the WSL. do you have data that you wanna use inside the WSL or is it okay to reinstall?

If you think it's a software issue. Try downgrading. It that doesn't help. Please consult a technician and they'll rectify the issue.

Use CTRL + X , it'll ask u to save. Use Yes and then ENTER. The file will be saved.

Issue with windows & driver. Try reinstalling driver with driver signature turned off. Or use a virtual machine windows and try the steps.

Nope, its not windows 11. you can try using a windows 10 pro on a virtual machine. i have seen particular OS making issue. i used VM when my main OS did the same.

if the flasher didn't work. try changing cable and also check the drivers. mostly the drivers cause the issue

no need to unlock bootloader and i haven't tested on other models but as far as my knowledge , this method should work. do proper research before you attempt
