my man just built a $4000 Cadovius wall unit from scratch with essentially a drill and a saw. youtube needs so much more of this and so much less of these wood hipsters with >$100 000 workshops is that pine you were using? what kind of finishing did you employ? It looks like you're using oak (?) stain, but the finished product has such a smooth shine to it, anything else?

Hi! What is the tool you use to create the shelf-edge in the triangle shape (does this make sense?)? I'm a complete novice so sorry if this is an obvious question.
