Thank you so much! The fluval evo is an awesome tank for beginners to experts. I actually had those on my frag rack and they starting growing from the rack onto the glass. They are a fast growing kind of ugly Zoanthid (Sakuras), so I keep them isolated there. The only coral I have ever gotten to grow onto the glass although I am sure the xenia or GSP would do it as well.

AI Prime 16 HD - I would recommend the Hydra though for better spread.

@@Guppy_Girl thank you! Much appreciated. It’s odd though.. I add far more food than my fluval evo 13.5 gallon which has a refugium and bunch of macro algae’s.. My po4 stays high in that larger tank. My only two thoughts would be that each tank can have a drastically different bacteria biome, or maybe plastic/silicon nutrient absorption. The vase is all glass so nothing to collect po4/no3 (no plastic or silicon)

Hello! No mechanical filtration whatsoever. Just heat, flow, and a mini refugium I setup in the back chambers with chaeto. It is on a reverse schedule. I do 80% water changes once every couple weeks. Easy with such a small tank there’s really only like 8 gallons of water total. I mysis, live phyto, and benepets daily. I will still make a maintenance video for you and show everything. I have a little pico magnafloat! I use that and my finger haha. I have to use the fingernail for the corraline. As for CUC I have some ceriths and stomatellas.

What light do you use on your tank? My stock light doesn’t seem to do the job?

@@Ajdo7926 Ive seen a few nice looking Evos with stock lights, but not many and it has a brown tint until blues. I personally use a AI Prime 16 HD. It is an amzing light if if you dont mind dropping close to $200. I also reccomend the Kessil A80 as another alternative.

Thank you!! So I use a AI Prime 16 HD, and I bought a Kraken Reef Lid that is custom fit for my tank. It was like $80 (pretty expensive) but you can easily make with materials from a hardware store.
