Sing with Haiti is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization headquartered in San Francisco.
The organization works to raise funds and resources to support the ongoing work and rebuilding of the Holy Trinity Music School in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and will continue to foster a cultural exchange between artists and students in the U.S. and the students, faculty and administration of the Holy Trinity Music School.

Sing With Haiti / Holy Trinity Music School
In 2010, the Holy Trinity Music School in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, was completely destroyed by a devastating earthquake. The American charity, Sing WIth Haiti was formed to support the rebuilding, and ongoing activities of this extraordinary school.

I am sry,I think you put the wrong name of the song,It's called “to Chloris”but not “ah Chloris”.
The song title, in French, is "A Chloris" which means, in English, "To Chloris."
