Hi im glad you used 1 baking tray , pan , anyway i got 1 each 24cm 26cm 28cm alls rounds springform pans so which would i need an with same measurements? An same baking time?
Hi! My pan was 26 cm. If you’re using a different size, the baking time may vary slightly. For a 24 cm pan, the batter will be thicker, so it might take a bit longer. For a 28 cm pan, it will bake faster since it will be thinner. Keep an eye on it and test with a toothpick to ensure it’s done!
