Glass House Masterpiece
Eugene, Alice & family loved this house since 1967 when the family built it. Designed by Eugene, who designed many beautiful buildings in the Logan area, this was his masterpiece. He used the Hyper-parabolic design for the roof. Depending on the background of the viewer, it could be a sting ray or a stealth fighter jet. I feel so grateful to have toured the home and am envious of the person lucky enough to purchase it.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac now allow for rental income to count towards owners income when purchasing a house that will be owner occupied but has a legal accessory apartment. This video goes trhough the numbers using an Orem Utah house as an example and what you need to qualify for the loan and your monthly mortgage payment.

Utah State law has changed to make it easier to have a Legal Accessory apartment within your house. Plus Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac changed their guidelines to allow 75% of the rental income to be used as part of the owners income, which makes it easier to qualify for a house with an ADU.

One major theme of our childhood is putting the tools back where they belong. Our dad's immaculate garage and tool wall are widely known and respected. When I show homes to people, I see other homes that have similar tool walls. If I do, I know the house has been lovingly maintained. Disclaimer: All tools used in this shoot were not harmed during the process. The tool wall didn't fare the same....
