fishing loch tay in april, first time trolling , all i have is a 4000 size spinning reel , do i need one of these center pin things or a multiplier ? nice fish , thanks for getting me all excited !
I use a 4ooo on river Ness spinning for salmon and the Mrs uses one on Loch Ness. She landed 16lb salmon with one so I'd say fine. If really getting into it I would recommend size 3 multiplier fir side and size 2 for back or Diawa Mooching reels.
do you not think a zziplex is a bit stiff for yer soft mouthed fresh fish ?
It's two fly rods glued together. The sticker from ebay covers the join. Wonder why I blocked comments on latest video 🙄

It changes every day and after more than 40yrs fishing still blows me away. Sometimes quite literally lol
As a boy we sailed to Scotland and up to Fort Augustus on the Loch Ness. I used our dingie to fish for brown trout on the lake. In fort Augustus there was a river running into the loch and I fished the lower parts and caught a nice salmon on worms. Back then I didn't know about fishing licenses so I was actually poaching the River Ness. LOL - no one said anything
nice video! why do you remove those triple hooks from the lures and replace them with a single one?
Catch and release easier and less damage to fish unhooking. Also trebles catch in net and can break lure and rip out of fish. They work just as good.

Pity the card got corrupted I didn't know they wore out. You first fish the video was even worse . We will get better clip 2023
