@ Food poison is what we overlooked most of the time and yes Vietnamese do get food poison sometimes due to chemical laden ingredients that some heartless bastards used to gain more profit, mostly in shiny, greasy, sleazy restaurants in big cities. Just try not to eat half-cooked or raw dishes for not intaking some unwelcome parasitic body invaders but most will be killed when cooked at 149-243 Fahrenheit degree and that’s how mom & pop cook. The rest of the know-how to avoid food poisoning is entirely rested with your digestive system, immune-system😂
