8 Chicken Thighs
MARINADE
250g Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
4 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
.25 tsp Red food Colouring
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp MSG
CHUTNEY
1 Red Onion
300g Sliced Baby tomatoes
2 tsp Grated Garlic
2 tsp Grated Ginger
25g Chopped Coriander
4 Finger Chillies
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Everyone does their thing differently,I was born and bred in Kingston Jamaica, and my chicken have to chopped smaller like when we doing curry goat ,but it’s the taste that counts and no diarrhea after.
Haha so true, we cut them smaller for dinner parties etc, but family we put large pieces.
