Definitely a tip stall. Usually when I’m going that slow I try not to go past about 25 to 30 degrees of bank. Our wings produce the most lift when they’re parallel with the ground, the more we bank the less lift. To counteract the reduced lift when banking we have to increase our speed. Hopefully this helps

I'm so sorry to see that happen. I have the same jet. You mentioned that the jet was underpowered, so what turbine did you have in it? I'm planning on running a Swiwin 120.

Neither. On an l39 tip stalls are near impossible. Severe pilot error. On a model this underpowered compared to to most other turbines ive seen, You need to keep your turns coordinated. Use the rudder a little. the pilot simply got too slow and tried to turn with only aileron and elevator. He dropped a wing(not a tip stall) and instead of leveling the wings and gaining airspeed, simply tried to pull on the elevator which rarely works unless your 399 feet up. In my opinion this pilot should watch some film and learn how to fly these kinds of models if he doesn't want this to happen again
