Wolves of Welton as 2 sessions is reasonable. MAYBE 3. How is it even possible to push thar adventure to 5 sessions?

honestly, one of the most helpful vid I've seen lately, I've been trying to prepare a one shot dnd session for a couple of friends, all of us are new to dnd and I've neither played nor been a dm before, so thank you for a quick rundown of these different oneshots

Thank you for this video. I have downloaded A Most Potent Brew and I am eager to give it a shot. It will be my first time DMing so I am pretty nervous. But from what I have seen so far is that it is a quite simple encounter, with plenty of room to add more if I want to.

I know I'm 2 years late but the merchant that looks weird from afar but gets normal as you get close to him could be like a spell that hides it's true form and kind of waivers the further you are away from it causing you to get a foggy peak of its true form

I created a neutral-evil bard who was a Drow on the run from a powerful underdark family after murdering another family member. She became a College of Glamour bard who reveled in dominating and controlling the minds of others around her, and took both the fey-touched and shadow-touched feats to give extra movement and hiding ability. With Silvery Barbs and Dissonant Whispers, she was quite a frightening battlefield dominator, and could coerce gold from tavern dwellers using seductive performance when arriving back at cities to recuperate. (this is also useful for information gathering in said taverns or earning discounts from the keeper for either yourself or your party before staying)! Of course this build is only possible with a no-holds-barred dm who allows the use of all spells and backgrounds within the campaign for extra story purposes, but it is still possible to pull of even if you have to replace silvery barbs. It's just nice to have. She started level one with Command, Charm Person, Sleep, Silvery Barbs, Dissonant Whispers, Vicious Mockery, Unseen Servant, and Hideous Laughter. The Cantrips being, Dancing Lights and Vicious Mockery. This build is possible if you plan to be a creepy shadow-bard of sorts, one who only manipulates others from the shadows rather then fighting head on. For the best version, you would also want to eventually grab the spell of Tongues or the Linguist cantrip and Telepathy for extra creep factor so you can just be a voice in their head commanding them.

The Wolves of Welton was really fun and it left a lot of room to tailor it to my party, and be creative with how things unraveled. Plus its really easy to work into an existing campagne incase you have a session that a few people cant make so you can still have a fun adventure, and with the loose ends at the end of the adventure you can ever have the events continue in your campagne if you’d like. It took my group a 4 hour session to complete. My one ranger ended up leaving with an owlbear that he made a friend with to help get its family’s home back, and my barbarian got a new cloak made of Flame’s fur. Everyone had a blast

Thoughts on how to use a bard multiclass to crest a cult leader who controls undead...

Why would you be concerned about spoilers, because this video is aimed for DM's, who will want to get a very basic idea of what the setup is about, to know if they feel like looking into it further. It's a weird choice in my humble opinion to not say much more then the name of the thing and not get into the meat of what makes them appeal to you.

just found this vid, I've been playing a Vampire, Collage of whispers bard in a Avernis/Dis campaign since early pandemic. It's incredibly fun, he's a pompous Victorian dandy type. Through events I'm going to take some necro spells with magical secrets. Great vid Dude!
