I didn't like the look of the blue stock calipers so I gave a shot at painting them red. Hated seeing the bright orange side reflector on my M8 so I bought some black reflectors from IND-Distribution that fit perfectly and looks so much better!

Decided to try and paint the engine cover on my BMW M8 to add some color. My daughter taped it off very meticulously, and it looks amazing now!
BMW M8 F92 - Front Grill Replacement

Replaced my 2020 BMW M8 F92 model front grill with a black grill instead of chrome. Kept the M badge with this new grill as well. Looks so much better! Got the part from bmwpartshub.com. Part # 51-13-8-077-305. Super easy to replace, maybe took 30 minutes at most.
Have one on order. Looking forward to installing it on my Black Sapphire G15. Thanks for the video!

@@gr8cylindergr8t82 I think either way you'll be happy. I wish I knew someone close by with Akrapovic to do a side by side comparison
@@MyBMWM8 yes definetly, how much did you pay for your Fi? I see them online for about 5k for the full catback. The akrapovic is like 10k which sucks lol.
@gr8cylindergr8t82 I went direct to Fi. It's less than Akrapovic for sure.
How was the power difference with these? And how is the new setup compared to this one?
@Powerwhee-S63TU4 couldn't tell a power difference but with the whole intake & inlets from Eventuri, big difference, especially sound of turbos.
Just wondering why you painted instead of going with the covers
@priteshpatel4169 I wasn't confident in durability of plastic, to be honest. I'm super happy with paint still as it hasn't chipped or faded and looks amazing still. People don't believe me that they're painted sometimes.
@@MyBMWM8 I have the same car and color (nice ride btw), and the plastic leaves the top and bottom of the bar uncovered, so I may just paint mine as well.
Do you prefer the eventuri intakes over those?
@Brand-cr6ng Dinan doesn't make a full intake system, so when I decided to go Eventuri, I had to switch to their turbo inlets to match up. Dinan & Eventuri aren't compatible. I sold the Dinan Turbo inlets

Are you able to reach the X armor shield metal bars behind the grill as well? Im thinking to put buy colored cover over the bars 😜
@Brand-cr6ng Yes. There's a few more bolts and pieces to remove, but the grille removal is first step

@@Brand-cr6ng I've actually gone full Eventuri Air Intake System. Absolutely love it! Sounds much better & you can hear the turbos much better.

do you plan to install Eventuri Carbon fiber Turbo Inlets?
I did already. Very simple as well to install. Watch the dinan turbo inlet install if you want to see how it's done. Almost identical. Now everything matches and looks amazing!
Thank you so much for posting this! Yes there are very few videos that are as thorough as this for removing a grill on an 8 series. I just got my grill for my m850i and will try to install it this weekend. Thanks again!
