That's smart renting out the properties. Often I think when we think of investing, we think stocks, but the ROI with most stocks tends to be extremely low. Property's the better investment by far. Only downside is that you're liable for everything that happens on the property, but the constant stream of revenue is more than worth it.

Haha at least you did them though. Pushups are actually a really challenging exercise. The motion is simple enough but to do a good amount takes strength and practice.
