The Weeknd ft. Johnny Depp | Heartless in Las Vegas
Просмотров 10 тыс.5 лет назад
A music video using clips from the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and the song Heartless by The Weeknd, which I feel inspired the official music video. If you haven't watched Fear and Loathing, I highly recommend it, it is an insane yet hilarious movie. Enjoy!

Hey guys! I know its been awhile, got caught up in life. This video has been sitting on my shelf for awhile, thought I would finally finish it. So this is scenes from the movie Logan to the song Far away from the soundtrack of Red Dead Redemption (amazing video game). As always, it contains spoilers for the movie, so beware. Hope you enjoy. Sources: Logan (2017) Far Away - Jose Gonzalez (Red De...
Arrival | On The Nature of Daylight

Clips from Arrival to the song On The Nature of Daylight by Max Richter from the soundtrack. If you haven't seen the movie there are clips that are considered spoilers so beware. I really liked this movie, it is definitely different from what is typically released currently and that probably added to why I enjoyed it so much. Thanks for watching!

Hans Zimmer - Dream is Collapsing I'm trying to get a feel for editing, so I made this. I want to improve so feel free to leave a comment with any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks!
Scocca l'ora...si cancella tutto. La tempesta è qui.
I believe that the most interesting thing is that she set aside her scientific thinking (reasoning) in favor of the feeling of experiencing intense love. She knew what would happen. She knew she would lose everything. But she chose to experience it despite everything. I think that is what they tried to convey: that no matter how much we try to find the meaning of our existence, love is the feeling that makes us unique, vulnerable, and kind. In summary, love will prevail over our logic and reasoning.
One famous instrumental best for the dedication for our beloved president JIMMY CARTER. (1924-2024) R.I.P.
I thought I recognized it. Very moving. First light is like that.
Let it go. Let it go.
This movie is very underrated
Circular time is foreign to western science, but I believe it exists, our brains are hard wired both innate and cognitive wise to a linear perception of time - because we ego-centrically position ourselves with respect to time.
such a fantastic movie, cuts really deep inside.
The only thing that resonates with my soul is nowing one day I will meet the author of live UFO s do not exist
❤🙂🥰
3:50 dissonance is later edited
I cannot watch this scene or listen to the score without uncontrollably BAWLING. I’m a 36 year old man
Dude, I get it!
The same...... I'm 60 by the way
Dark scenes, mumbling, what's wrong with movie makers?
@Kaayoute 🎀 à 1:41 😉
Музыка рвет твою душу на части. Гениальная композиция!
Whenever I see the ending of Arrival and whenever I hear this music, I always think about this one woman who I’ve been in love with for 10 years now. We’ve never been in a real relationship though. We’ve been intimate a few times but we’ve always just been friends. Her choice, of course. I’ve always wanted her and I would always look at that ending scene and fantasize about finally being with her in a relationship. 10+ years later it still hasn’t happened. And I know it never will. But I love her. I’m going to try to let her go now, and it’s very hard. But maybe in my absence one day she’ll realize what a good man she had here who really did care for her. I guess we’ll see.
This masterpiece will always associate with this movie… notwithstanding the fact that it was in few others.
This cuts you in half. Most epic film i have seen this score is painfully beautiful
I have had this song stuck in my head for the longest time, but could not, for the life of me, figure out where it was from. So happy I found this again...
3 years later and I am back to this video. Still trying to find a new beginning, desperately searching.
sniff sniff, im not crying you are
This song makes me fuckin weep 😢
I just finished watching arrival on my laptop in my living room alone on a Wednesday night in Texas. The end of the movie was so emotionally heavy that I balled my eyes out and when the credits rolled I immediately searched for this song on RUclips which brought me here to the present moment. I watched this video and cried a bit more and now I’m writing this comment. As I listen to the quiet thud of my fleshy thumbs typing these words against my iPhone screen’s glass, I am reminded of this fact: we are all here to help each other, to love each other, to be kind and gentle with each other and with ourselves. If you’re reading this message, know that you have love in your heart and that others have love in their hearts for you. Let them know today, they’re waiting to hear it from you. I’m going to go eat a burrito now. Have a nice rest of your day 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Superb comment. I feel the love! I hope you enjoyed your burrito! Love, Stu.

The sort of music that transcends for me is the kind that can go deep down within yourself and discover the rawest of emotions. The combination of this track and this movie is soul crushing. Hadn’t felt this sort of pain in a long time. Too much to even think about but the pain teaches a lesson to appreciate the moments you have with the ones you love while you have them.
This movie was unexpectedly beautiful in many ways
Why must we chose violence over communication...
I write about this movie and music. By any chance, can I get a score for this music? I would be really happy if I could get it.
I only know of the movie because I was watching those movie recap videos that give a short summary of the movie and I got hooked on the movie I so looked and looked for the movie watched it and is now my favorite sci fi movie ever
Pedazo de pelicula, cada vez que la veo mi alma se quiebra y a la vez mi cerebro explota.
They are the last of us my friend. No one gets it. Unless they get it.
it is amazing how many times this beautiful piece gets liscensed for movies and tv. i just heard it The Handmaid's Tale. It will go down in history as one of the more memorable modern classical pieces when we look back on it a century from now.
What is your purpose on earth
Hannah hana
The last of us, season 1, episode 3.🫶
What is your purpose on earth: Surely not form into groups and kill each other until it's finished for everyone/ everything in it.
Lovely
the ending and pay off of arrival might be the greatest in cinematic history, masterful structuring, and this song is just as rare an achievement.
"This isn't the tragic suicide at the end of a play. I'm old. I'm satisfied. And you were my purpose."
❤ such an Amazing Episode
we are here again after last of us ep.3
Who’s here after watching The Last of Us ep3
Knew this sounded familiar!
The Last of Us episode 3 brought be mack here…
Had to come back and watch this song used here after The Last of Us
Bill + Frank = Soulmates 💔😢 The last of us.
Who’s here for TLOP S1E3?
last of us
Yesterday I saw the third episode of The Last of Us series and this song was in the most dramatic scene. It hit me with the same feelings of the movie, this song describes the feeling of accepting a terrible path, doing this for love with no regrets…
Same, came here after watching episode 3 as well. I prefer this rendition with a small quartet, kinda wish they used it in the show
this song is present in the shutter island too, this song is incridible
Yeah that episode 3 was something😢
THANK YOU! I was just listening to This Bitter Earth by Dinah Washington, and I KNEW I heard it from somewhere recently. Case solved!
It's just incredible intense and beautifully composed. Wow
