I bought one of these through a seller for about $60-80 and it was made by T K O'briens who's known for making dulcimers, zithers, and other instruments here in the US. I'm really enjoying learning to play mine! I developed three different "styles": low, mid, and high. Most songs I play (hymns) fall pretty squarely into one of the three camps. The funny part is mine didn't come with Ode to Joy but one of the hymns I picked up ended up being the tune of it. I was just like "wait a tick..." when I started playing the song. And I just purchased a bunch of old hymnals to add to my collection! This is such a nice little instrument! ETA: You don't really need a professional's help for tuning the psaltery (the proper name for this instrument). You just need an L-wrench tuner, a soft hand, and a fair bit of patience. It does take time to get used to, but once you're confident with it, tuning takes fifteen minutes or less. Some people sell these with a slab of metal that they call a tuning wrench. Spend the extra $10 and get an L-wrench if you don't have one. It will make tuning _SO_ much better!
