Read the book some years ago and this interview helped sharpening some of the many valuable things appearing in the book.

It is so sad that some women feel the need to alter their bodies to please men. Honestly we need to start early to teach our young ones the real definition of beauty, not the one that is being portrayed in our society

such profound words from the former deputy chief justice...… you know everything the DCJ has touched on regarding to justice and the law are things that i am currently doing in my first year of my LLB degree, just the basic but fundamentally important principles within the our judicial system. it's also just relieving and hopeful to see that there are still public officials in this country who accept and acknowledge that there has been mistakes done within positions of power and that there's alot that still needs to be done to improve, because most of the time in our country our leaders lack accountability. thank you very much DCJ we appreciate your words but also the work that you have done within the judiciary. indeed we as young people need to rise up and be active citizens in our society in order for things to change for the better

such a beautiful preview. I think this book is so relevant in todays Society Particularly in African society were we still have a lot to learn about non binary individuals and just queerness in general. I think books like these are powerful tools to educate us and to get people to understand and know that we are all humans before we are our sexualities and by this we can begin to see less phobias and violence against queer/ non binary individuals. thank you so much to Buki for such a powerful tool, we need more writers like yourself in our continent, more African writers to write about African stories and realities. thanks to the two panelist really enjoyed listening to your inputs such young bright minds... love you guys siyabonga kakhulu for this content.....
