Mr Brecka, how does one get on your program or protocol. I don’t see any links in your description. I have done my own transformation in a year but need to take it to another level. I was 486lbs in June 2023, I am now down to 260lbs, no medications, have been strength training past 6 months, working on HIT a little. I have been doing keto/carnivore past 8 months, started out calorie restriction and then into keto now carnivore. All of my blood work improved awesome, but one changed to the worse. Cholesterol went up to 265, but triglycerides are under 55. Naturally my PC Dr wants me to stop meat and take statins. 49 years old. I did a bunch of specialized tests, inner body imaging and cat scans. Zero CAC score, ultra sound shows no plaque in carotid arteries. Heart tests all good. Would like to take the next step in my journey.

Women are taking pain killers every month to ease the menstrual cramps pain. I stopped taking advil for years now and I have been suffering with endometriosis for over 30 years.
