I agree with you, I personally like them more than the new plastic ones on the 14/19-XXs, but I like the 2nd gen buses seats more. Although, the 10/13-XXs seats are very confortable as well.

@@georges625 Actually, the 14XX/20XX have the same seats as 10/13XX, the 21XX were the first buses to have the plastic seats. Even the New Flyers don’t have the plastic seats.

@@GarbageTrucksOfROR Oh, yeah true, but what I was meaning is that the seats in the 10/13-XX aren't the same ones as the 14/19-XX. The ones for 10/13-XX are better if you ask me, I like their style.

@@georges625 Oh, I didn’t know that. Thanks for pointing that out. I’ll look better next time (when I have time to ride them). Edit: I just looked through a few photos, and saw that the seat colour is slightly different on 14XX-19XX.

@@GarbageTrucksOfROR Yeah exactly, I agree that the difference is not very noticeable, because the color is slightly different like you said. They brought the plastic ones since the 20-XX and more.

I didn't notice it being louder than the average 2nd gen buses. It's less loud than some of the other buses I rode in my videos though.

Yeah it was pretty empty lol. Line 63 after PM rush is never crowded.

Yeah, I like these 10/13-XX buses. They are my favourite after the 2nd gens ones. I will do some 2nd gens rides too, but i might get busy until the end of the month. Until then, I will post some 3nd gens rides, (and 2nd gens) and MAYBE, if you guys like, some 20/22-XX rides too, because they are better than 14-19-XX scraps.

I think it does, but these are extremely rare on this line. Because don't forget that line 360 is only a weekend line, so it doesn't run a lot compared to other lines. I've seen some 2nd gens on it in the past, but you have to get very lucky...

@@georges625 I didn’t know that the 360 only ran on weekends! I thought it ran everyday (which explains why I don’t see it often).

@@GarbageTrucksOfROR Yeah, it only runs on weekends. It's the only STL line that runs only during weekend. Normally, it's the opposite, where you have some lines that only run during weekdays, like some regular lines, but mostly express lines though, (16, 36, 313, 345, 713, 730, 744, 901, 902, 925, 942).

That would explain why i've never seen all these lines during weekends lol. (I might forget some lines, the list is all I can quickly remember).

@@georges625 It was only crowded for like 5 minutes, almost everyone got off at Square Victoria.

Sadly, the STL won't take long before retiring them. They might survive 2024, but sadly, they will get retired in 2025 or end 2025. Let's not forget the time where the STL used to have 21+ years old buses, like 9806 retiring after 22 years and some 61XX retiring after 24 years.
