Wow, the second tip is very good! Thanks!
Love you sr. thank you very much. for you have tell me very nice and awesome teach .😍❤👍✨
Warmup 15 to 20 minutes Running. Do not jump before stretch. Jump after stretch. Your body should be strong enough for Stretching and flexibility. Experiment on your Diet and see results. Reduce time seated
It's not "Xuan'fei'jiao". It's "旋风脚 Xuànfēngjiǎo".
I've been searching a while for this tutorial. Thank you so much!
All good stuff… however don’t you think you’re skipping the most important conversation about shenfa and kinetic linking? I find outside of china this is the most missing aspect. People often are good at making breath noises and focusing their eyes into short bursts with contrast. However most People short cut their shenfa thinking it will be faster… while pro Chinese athletes commit further into torso rotations and have a better coordinated explosive power from the foot on the floor to the hands/weapon. After all the classic term is 眼手身法步meaning hands and eyes coordinate and there is a relationship … while the torso and the stance coordinate and these have a strong relationship. I think the place to start in terms of power would be a discussion about how the power needs to come from the stance and torso method and not shortened… this is 70% of your power and balance
It depends on your body type for many the 1 leg take off is the only way they will get past 360 degrees. For others with good hope you can get to 900 with 2 leg takeoff.
👍
Fantastic presentation… hope it works for me as i try it out this summer

I like how this gentle man explains things, he is very detailed and doesn't leave out any small piece of information, he is very explicit and detailed
Thank you for your comment!
Pause in 4:26, you are bended forward, your bottom into the other direction, somehow like a duck, that is not correct. Your back should be straight. Check out David Bao explaining that stance: ruclips.net/video/G3-Drrupfxo/видео.html
Tnx so much..brother ❤️
when will you next upload?
CTFC_Falcon Thank you for reaching out. I don't have a specific date, but i'm hoping to get back to this this year. Any particular topic you'd like me to cover? Cheers
@@mywushuclass579 not really any specific topic’s maybe just something on forms and jumps and the topics in them
Dose it matter what side you do your aerial. Do you get deductions if you do it on the other side?
CTFC_Falcon Thank for the comment. No, it doesn't matter ;) Cheers
Thank you, very clear, but you didn't say anything about breathing... 😭💪
Thank you for your comment. I believe the breathing should be related to movement and so it's not intrinsec to the stance itself. What do you think?
@@mywushuclass579 I start to listen my body, in the minthime, so I am breathing spontanios. Also, I am practicing to stand in position for a wile and breathe diafragmatic. All in all, when I do Qigong, I'm sure that I should inhale energy we bring to the body... etc. 😊
Coach I have knee pain when I'm practice , Please give solution for that ?
THIRUNAVUKKARASU G Thank you for your comment. I'm not a physician so I can't really assess your particular situation. However, lots of athletes suffer from knee pain from jumping a lot without the necessary conditioning. If that is your case, please check out this channel: ruclips.net/user/TheKneesovertoesguy Hope it helps. Cheers
@@mywushuclass579 thank you so much for your response 🤝🏽 Coach
Most westerners struggle with stances because they think it takes strength to sit in a low Pu Bu or Xie Bu. It doesn’t really. It’s ankle flexibility. Chinese can naturally squat like that because they don’t use toilets (Wudang secret). They never lose their ankle flexibility from their youth. Westerners lose it as toddlers. They must re-learn to Kimchi Squat. Ankle flexibility makes wushu 100X easier. Pro tip-and one almost never explained to them. It is tough to hold a Pu Bu halfway up. That’s why the Chinese don’t do it. Lol.
玄门拳法 BLACK GATE BOXING (Xuán Mén Quán Fǎ) thank you for your comment. That is indeed a very good point. Pubu and Xubu are great examples of stances that require that ankle mobility and in China we do see a lot of people kimchi squatting. Thank you. Cheers
Stop drinking milk and eating eggs. Add more kale, berries, and nuts and seeds.
Can I do the strength training without any resistance band ?
Wangkheirakpam Ningthibi Ningthibi sure! although the band gives you faster results. Cheers
BTW its XuanFENGJiao not XuanFeiJiao
Bull shit in a fight. Are you a wushu fighter?
Lose wush
How many reps each exercise?
Hi Elio! Thank you for the question. I don't have a specific protocol, but when i do this type of training I usually go for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps. I try to pace myself so that i can perform all the exercises with quality, so i don't try to go all out on one set or one particular exercise. Hope it helps. Cheers
@@mywushuclass579 Thank you🙏🙏🙏👍💪😉

Please make videos about Taolu. Like ChangQuan-NanQuan-TaijiQuan What are the techniques are available there. It would be better to know about the syllabus before learning!
Hi! Thank you for your comment. I hope in the near future i will upload some more videos. Cheers
I really found the one leg takeoff more difficult because I can't finish the rotation and the landing. Now see me at 00h25 in my bedroom trying the 2 leg takeoff. I am obsessed by this kick😂😂
stuck on bending leg but not the second one but the one that takes off first .... so frustrating TT
Hi! Thank you for your comment. That's unusual. Maybe trying with some support for your hand (so you can focus clearly on that leg without worrying about the jump) might help. Cheers
I love this class
Hi! Thank you so much.

Can you teach the dramatic movements of two people?
Hi! Thank you for your comment. Not sure I understand your question. Can you be more specific? Cheers
Ah yes.. Ma Bu, my old enemy.
thanks for this nice video it's really useful
Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Cheers
hi🙌 i practice wushu and i love it. that's really difficult sport i have some problems in jumpings😅 forexample in XFJ 720
Hi! Thank you for your comment. I understand how you feel. Are you comfortable doing the simpler forms of those jumps, like 360 and 540? If no, then practice those until you're already very comfortable. If yes, then practice your spin in the air, look for signs that you're not maximizing your rotation. Hope it helps, that is a very complex movement indeed. Cheers
Can you show us what stretches we need for this stances
Hi! Thank you for your comment. I hope in the near future i will upload some more videos. Cheers
