Thanks man! Just say in a calorie deficit and increase calorie expenditure, you’ll be sure to lose weight. One good way I found to increase calorie expenditure is increasing my steps throughout the day. It’s the little things that add up!

I’ve never stopped saying USC you can’t take away someone’s initials even if you feel like your more entitled to them it’s a ridiculous and pretentious idea to believe that you could get away with such an idea especially when USC was established before California was even founded as a state for fucks sake. The USC is in Columbia SC and is the University of South Carolina..it is as straight forward as you can possibly imagine

Do you do anything for the buzz and rattle? Even without a sub when I listen to bassy music in mine the passenger door rattles.
I have not had any problems with any rattling, if I have any in the future I will make a video on it.
My frontier doesn't have any rattle either.
I lower the bass as much as possible n put the bass up high on the amp
