I have been going to Jekyll Island since the early 1950's, when the causeway was built. It is a beautiful place, and a piece of American history, alomg with nearby St. Simons Island.
Most pictures are not from the island.
Yeah, why do that? Once I saw horses from another country I bailed on this video.
Wild boars? Are you allowed to bring a pistol? Lol. Feral pigs are dangerous af.

Ahhh Venice. One of my favorite places in all of my travels. My favorite memory was having the spaghetti alle vongole at the famous antico forno. I conversed in broken Italian with the owners son Giovanni and we had a good laugh about Americans and their food portion sizes! Don’t forget to stop by La Boutique del Gelato and try their new lemon basil gelato
