Technically, the song is not their domain, so it's not up to them. If anything, you should be asking the person who holds the copyright. In this case, it wouldn't do much harm to use it on your channel besides a copyright claim, and unlikely a copyright strike. I say just credit the music composer since this is just a modified version of the original song at the very most. You'll be fine, just don't claim it's yours lmfao.

Internet Checkpoint, Entry 1, 9/24/2023, 8:27 PM PST: Currently typing this while just relaxing. It's a Sunday evening, and I have everything ready to start the next work week tomorrow morning! I have a group of really supportive friends that I play games with (MapleStory, Genshin Impact, etc.) every Wednesday and Sunday night. I'm really thankful for the friends that I do have, even though it may not be all that many, but I've always had the philosophy that you dont need a bunch of friends, just one or 2 really close friends that genuinely care about you. I don't have a wife or a girlfriend, and even though I do get lonely sometimes, I know that I have family and friends that care. I want to learn Japanese, though its extremely hard to motivate myself to do so most of the time. I also like doing Pixel Art and I make videos about games...sometimes, hehehehe. I'm gonna go brew myself a cup of tea from the Keurig and just vibe for the rest of the night! God bless you all!
