Hi I’ve ordered from this hair company about two times now . However I just ordered again and I feel someone different has been communicating with me . Their response will be 24-48hrs. This time they responded and said “We are making the order” and I asked how long was the process . They responded “I will check with my factory “and haven’t responded in almost 36 hrs. Also I did a scrape test on the hair today and saw brown studs . Does that mean it’s processed ?

That Filipino vendor has poor customer service. The hair does look good, but the shipping fee is crazy. No need to pay for a packaging vendor. I give mine away for free. Life is too short to charge for stuff like that.
