Ingredients:
4 bunches pakchoi/pechay/bok choy chopped
340 g ground pork (or depends how meaty you want)
8 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 pc medium onion chopped
8 cloves garlic minced
2 cups water
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
6 tbsp. cooking oil
NOTE:
* Brown the meat before sauteeing...
