This makes me wonder how is a baby tortoise packed in a tight box without any oxygen in it, this makes me uncomfortable to look at I mean there's supposed to be some holes or ventilation for the air to flow through otherwise how can it breathe?

For this turtle it must have been traumatic to sit like this for a long time in a sealed container with a limited amount of oxygen. If I were you, I wouldn't be ordering from such a source. Probably one of these turtles would not survive and die.
