In January, 2033, Karen joined the '31x31: Your Movement Accountability Challenge' and that unlocked a new love for movement that she just kept going with it...and ended up running a 2hr 16min half-marathon in September!!
So....
Just because you haven't run a 2:00 half-marathon this year, doesn't mean you can't in the Spring/Summer of 2024.
Just because you haven't run in a while, doesn't mean you won't be comfortably running 4 times a week in 2024.
Just because you ran a 5:00 marathon this year, doesn't mean that's where you will be this time next year.
