Do both of these harps have the bio-carbon strings?
Back in this time, it was still with wire+gut+nylon. Newer harps now with wire+gut+bio-nylon.
@harpistina have you by any chance played these two with the bio-carbon strings? I'm on the fence about them, because it's still a relatively new tecunology, however the Chicago line now only comes with that type of string. I like the pricing on these two, however.
Yes L&H and Salvi now all shifted to bio-nylon for the most of their harps, so no choice. It seems okay. They only use it for higher octave, 0-2nd Oct. For full bio-carbon pedal harp I haven’t tried yet: www.hkharpcentre.com/the-importance-of-consistent-harp-practice-2/#:~:text=They%20possess%20extraordinary%20moisture%20resistance,the%20same%20brilliance%20and%20prominence.

Im a writer who's currently working on a harpist character. I have a question about how you carry the bigger harps? Are they heavy? Do you use a special device to pull them?
They are about 35-40kg, and we are using a special harp trolley and wheel around. Harps are in transport cover, usually harpists own a van or large suv to fit the harp in (it’s about 190cm tall)🙂
This is great. I started listening to a longer version that was also a harp, maybe a couple of days ago, but I think I still prefer this. It's relaxing. 😊

네 미니하프랑 리라랑은 달라요. 미니 하프는 일반 하프인데 소형 사이즈고 리라는 비슷하지만 다른 악기에요…😅 감사합니다!
안녕하세요. 영상 잘 시청했어요. 저희 아이가 악기를 시작한지 반년 조금 넘었는데요. 만약에 성인이 되어서도 취미로 즐긴다고 가정하고 페달하프를 40현으로 구입하면 , 나중에 악기를 한번 더 바꿔주어야 할까요? 전공까지 생각한다면 당연히 47현이어야 겠지요? 하프에 대해 모르는것이 많아 걱정입니다..^^;; 현에 따라 가격차이도 꽤 있네요 .
안녕하세요 :) 페달을 배울 계획이고 아이 키가 어느정도 된다면 47현을 바로 구매 하시는게 낫습니다. 40현이 풀사이즈에 비해 많이 저렴한 편도 아니고 풀사이즈에 비해 리미테이션이 좀 있습니다. 40현은 보통 풀사이즈의 페달을 닿을 수 없는 어린 아이들이 페달을 배워야 할때 쓰거나, 이동이 잦은 하피스트들이 선택 하긴 합니다. 현수도 그렇지만 모델별로 가격이 천차만별입니다 XD
