Hi, I'm Jo. The reason I love Zumba is fairly simple, the music plays, I dance and sing like no one is watching and feel alive. Forget the nonsense of life. The smiles in the room give a contagious positive energy. When class is finished, we've exercised, laughed and shook what our mumma gave us! Best of all with a room full of strangers who quickly become friends 💖 Shout out to my amazing Zumba Family for making me smile and ever so slightly saner!! I hope these videos send you the positive energy to never stop dancing. Won't be long until we can tear up the dance floor together xx
