Did you have the gearbox on speed 1 for the 5" screw ? speed 2 is faster but no where near as much torque as 1

Looks like they are coming back in stock on 20/11. Failing to see why you would buy the evolution over this for another £200- can’t see what that extra £200 is buying you! Thanks again for the video. I do want to buy this but I can’t get out of my mind that the evolution must be better because it’s so much more. Sliding table is a novelty I’d say!

Will this work on a dewalt power stack battery

Can’t get the fucking saw to lift up what am I being stupid about

Excel 254mm has got some great features like rack n Pinion which is better than some of the more expensive brands depends on your budget it’s great for hobbyists but out of stock until 20th November apparently they sold out very quickly

Thanks for that great job demoing it I just got one 20% off on ebay 2 x 4 amp for £130ish all my other tools are Milwaukee but I wanted a cheapee to finish of a shed interior with T&G I have not charged the battery yet but the quality looks good for the price new sub good luck to you fella

I got one of these I love it

I will be interest how you get on with this saw having purchase one myself last week. I also thought that it was a value for money piece of equipment with many feature only found on more expensive saws. However the motor failed in a cloud of smoke after only the third time I tried to use it, having only cut one piece of timber. I have retuned the saw and received a refund both of which was handled without any problems by the company.

Finally a proper independent review on this table saw, I've been on the fence for so long about getting one, you've made my mind up.. I've just ordered, thanks mate.. 👍

Ive had one of these jigsaws for about a year. My only complaint is battery life. It doesn't last long at all. So multiple batteries are recommended. I have tried the similar corded version of this, and this is way better.

Torque settings don't work on the 12v PBSA 12 D4.s when the chuck is removed, it's same with any drill with removable chuck. The torque settings only work when you have got the chuck on drill

We have one of these and absolutely loved it, it is so light can cuts really well.. I used to have a Stihl petrol trimmer but it was too heavy. Great review.

I've just bought one today, haven't used it yet I only bought because its brushless but i powered it up press trigger it's a bit smelly like carbon brushes smelly are they sure these are brushless. Their brushless are usually performance and still say brushless on the tool
