Acoustic Guitar - Play / Sing / Have fun!
The Witney Guitar Club meets weekly: to play, sing, socialise and have some Acoustic guitar fun in Witney, Oxfordshire (think ‘Fisherman’s Friends’ with guitars!).
Tuesday & Wednesday 7.30 - 9.00pm
All styles and abilities welcome (although not for complete beginners)
Bass guitar? Ukulele? Mandolin? ... join us too!
Do you have a guitar gathering dust in your attic? Or maybe languishing in the corner of a room or hanging on the wall?
Do you keep promising yourself you will start playing again one day?

Witney Guitar Club perform "When I'm Gone" live.
Performed by American actress, Anna Kendrick in the film 'Pitch Perfect' (2012), the original folk song was written in 1931 by A. P. Carter, and was performed by The Carter Family.
In 2009, it was reworked by British musicians Heloise Tunstall-Behrens and Luisa Gerstein recording under the group name Lulu and the Lampshades.
Witney Guitar Club have produced a version mixing the 2012 and 1931 versions - we hope you enjoy!
