I found queen to F4 pretty quick for the tempo if she takes back but it took me like 2 minutes to see it forked her rooks…. I’m such a hacker chess player.

White bishop to f3, if qg2 bishop takes, if Qf3 taking the bishop, then knight takes the queen, however if non of these after whatever black plays knight to c4, then knight to d6 take a pawn and it's a fork, so you trade a knight for a pawn and a bishop and white is winning

It's not a forced mate here as white is not forced to take... Ndf2 and everything is fine , no checkmate
You can't stop checkmate. Stockfish says after Ndf2 it's mate in 2: -Ndf2, Qh1#, Ng1, Qxg1## The night has to block the check, then the Queen takes and delivers checkmate.

White is not exactly forced to capture the queen, so it is not checkmate, however, if it is captured, Black has mate in 2.
