6560 Steps -- A Never-ending Journey
A runner usually starts his/her training at 5k, which is approximately 6560 steps.
And the steps grow, or not, with his own running experience.
I made this "seamless" journey of steps to reflect on the state of running, as a regular runner myself. I have no intention to elevate running beyond its physical existence and render it a superior mental exercise. To me, the repetitive movements and the length your legs have covered in each training is exciting enough. The never-ending journey is made through the numerous trainings that every runner takes in days, months, years, with their repetitive movements and breaths. That’s the only thing that matters.
