Beautiful. A lot of love and joy. (I do disagree with putting mulch around the A/C. Could have opted for laying 3 or 4 stepping stones with river rock around everything. The rock is for drainage.) I love the whole project, it has turned out beautiful and showing your love and joy. Great Job!

I love gardening as well. Great for not only the mind and exercise but the soul as well. I do put down a layer of cardboard first before mulching. hint: Controls weeds as well as it's biodegradable. Wet it thoroughly before mulching. Love your garden hope to see more soon.

I think you make all the sense in the world. I stopped gaining weight when I stopped restricting. There were many other factors involved, but stopping dieting of any kind was key.

Don't you love demo? I demoed a concrete patio my dad put down because I wanted the garden space! I couldn't lift the sledge hammer, so I kept dropping it on the slab. Turned those pieces into pavers! 💝

omg i never related so much to the whole therapist part.. 12:06 i remember my ex therapist told me when i start feeling anxiety to name everything i see around me i was like how the hell is that supposed to help me when im literally in a panic..

reading the comments here really shows was a serious epidemic Anxiety/Depression really is. WOW! i have suffered with this for over 25 years, and i'm 60 now! I have never taken anything. I just let it control my life for the last 10 years- I want to try Lexapro which is why i am here researching. I'm so happy to hear your story and that it is working for you! So many people suffer, mostly women it seems! how sad this has happened to us....our world today- life was so different and so much better in the 60s-70s....i'm sure the 1950s too.. i hope everyone can get some help! i wanted to try St. John's wort first to see if it helps!

I gained weight this past year and although I do know that it bothers me on one hand, I try for the most part not to focus on weight. I have increased my activity overall and I try to make better choices with respect to portions. I think that restrictions end up hurting us in the end as it makes me feel like I’m missing out. I’m not the perfect weight but increasing my activity for a healthier body and mindset is the right track for me. Thank you for sharing your journey.🌟
