Common theme between all of these homes is SCALE! They all have great height to room width ratios. All seemingly have pretty nice finishes, though the Florida home is a bit much; probably good if your are a Cuban batchelor. Most of the kitches are marginal at best - I was expecting warmer/nicer/richer kitchens in each. --- The music in this video is brutal. 👎

I seem alone on this one, but I find these modern homes just horrible. They look more like office spaces or medical waiting rooms than somewhere cosy and safe to me. So many small LED lights everywhere just means constant replacing,. The stoves aren’t designed for real cooking with surfaces that crack, stain and leave smears when wiped. The bathroom sink is small and shallow. I just find them weird and sterile. It is interesting how many people are loving them though. Tastes and needs have definitely changed it seems. Each to their own. 👍

The "houses" are nice and all, but let's face it, none of us could ever own one of them.

That last one was the only one the seemed like it was worth the price.

Strong opinion I have: the worst shower experiences are usually just as good if not better than the best bath experiences. Every time I have ever taken a bath, I felt gross like I needed to shower when I was done.

These homes are a testament to the fact that modern architecture can be warm and inviting, rather than cold and sterile.

Looking at the house every single day for 40 ish years (or more lol) and being reminded of where my money is going, I’m like “worth it!” Best believe I would sleep in the master bedroom, living room, guest room, and outside, on rotation
