FIPS-Africa provided John Emojong with training on poultry management and later enabled him to purchase improved day-old chicks. Since then, John has developed his chicken farming business and is now able to earn a living from it.

During training conducted by FIPS-Africa, John Wafula, a farmer in Busia County, learned about agricultural options that would work well on his farm. Having tried the options through trial packs, he now earns income from production of cassava and Super Napier. He has also grown avocado trees.
