Perfect tutorials

How are your textures so high quality in substance painter? I model and unwrap in maya but whenever I texture and zoom in, they don't look so good. Even when I push everything to 4k, still don't get the amount of high quality I'm looking for. I even tried packing my uvs in udims but that didn't help.

Problem is that you are using paid app for texturing so I don't want to do model and not have continut lesson for texturing.

Hi, thank you for a great tutorial! One question: what software were you using when making uv unwrapping?

When all islands are aligned as you want, wouldnt be better to just auto-pack it with rotate island disabled? Uvpackmaster and default packer, both have this option. I cant see any benefit of doing this part manually, is there any?
