This video is from an old Japanese promotional VHS tape, and is the 1989 presentation of new Kyosho products. It's the same video as presented earlier here (vintage.dirt-burners.com/2017/05/16/a-couple-of-kyosho-promo-videos/), but this is a new transfer where I have tried to squeeze a little bit more quality out of this 30 year old VHS, than I managed the first time around. This video is from an old Japanese VHS tape I found, and is the full length video that I earlier presented in five parts on the Dirt-Burners.com website (vintage.dirt-burners.com/2019/01/01/rcvm-radio-control-video-magazine-5-1988/). Crazy to me that this is considered vintage now.
I remember all of these from Tower Hobbies paper mail order magazine I would drool over as a kid. I ended up getting a Turbo Optima Mid SE and racing it some. My younger brother got the Big Brute. A lot of fun was had building, driving and tuning them.
