Thanks for your comment. This is more nuanced than the ED, especially the modulation, and uses less space on the board. Plus, the "Tails" is a pretty distinctive feature of the Mocking Bird, which I find may open up some interesting experimentation. All in all, we are spoiled for choice!

Hi, thanks for tuning in and for your comment. It's always interesting to receive feedback from listeners, and to share the logic of 'behind the scene' decisions. My thinking is that using the same riff might be useful to compare (broadly speaking) pedals that fall in a similar ballpark - in this particular instance, pedals with modulation capacity. How does i.e. Tides compare to AMA by AC Noises (another reverb with noisy capacity)? I use a similar logic for noisy (i.e. fuzz, distortion) pedals, with different riffs that are specific to those kind of effects. Of course, the notion of comparison in RUclips demo world has to be taken with plenty of caution but, given that I tend to keep 'everything else constant' (gear, recording software, amp simulator), I figured that listening to two demos that differ only in the pedal might help appreciating the differences between the two units. That said, I will certainly try more riffs in the future. Thanks again for the thought provoking suggestion.
