I can relate to the girl who shared her story about her mom being against her going to therapy. I have an african mom and she literally argued with me dailllly for trying to get help for myself. I had to come to a point where I decided that therapy is what was giving me tools to cope with what I was feeling. Thanks for what you do, keep going brother!

I love this. I’ve battled with depression numerous times and I couldn’t talk to anyone about it because no one around me understood. No one noticed, and they thought I was perfectly fine. I’m so glad you overcame this.
