Many a times police/security officers do get grabbed behind the collar area of their Tac Vest from behind. When this happens it does come as a shock to the officer who many a times does not know what to do or how to react to the situation with the officer ending up in the mercy of his/her assailant. In this video Grandmaster Javed Khan, founder and creator of Khan Do Kwan Police Control Tactics instructs officers how to control the situation and defeat the criminal who grabs the officer's vest from behind.

Chung-Mu was the name given to the great Admiral Yi Sun-sin of the Yi Dynasty. He was reputed to have invented the first armored battleship (Kobukson) in 1592, which is said to be the precursor of the present day submarine. This pattern is required of the Taekwondo student testing for his/her black belt. In this video Grandmaster Javed Khan instructs this pattern from 4 different angles/views.
