    Thats a well done game but you should take a little more time before you move u could’ve had more precision for exemple after Qh4 you had Qxe1# but you’ve sent another check first that just delayed the rook capture for a move and also I’m pretty sure when you played Ke5# after taking the queen, Bc4# followed by Qe6# could have help you win that game faster after like rook blocks knight check etc but as I said you converted your advantages nicely good job

    Nice game ill give some tips in the endgame after qxf3 nxf3 black needs several moves to consolidate and trading the knight on d5 gave black really fine position with nf6 and be6 the i would probably play d3 and start improving my position and really restricting blacks play. After d3,a4 and b4 the bishop becomes loose where if black goes a5 or a6 taking is logical and wow a d6 weakness. Ofcourse we all mistakes.

    I think something that helps me in conversion is: instead of focusing on winning, I focus on just eliminating any counterplay and protecting any of my weaknesses. The win will come naturally if you’re already up material or even if they’re super passive. Focusing on pushing it immediately tends to allow chances for the opponent. -Poet

    • @JoshuaDerstine
      @JoshuaDerstine 2 дня назад

      (Obviously this doesn’t apply so much when you’ve already gone all in sacrificing material, it was more like general advice than a reaction to this game)

    • @LilithaMuku-of4cg
      @LilithaMuku-of4cg 2 дня назад

      @JoshuaDerstine yeah,no. That is solid advice. Something that helped me was just keeping it simple and avoiding complex lines. I just don't like forcing it. I might be passive, but I like to just get better positions with chances without having to force it and end up losing

    You and I seem to suffer from the same thing: getting winning position (or calculating good tactics and getting a better position) but being unable to convert because of time + complicated positions. That first game is a perfect example of finding really good moves and basically checkmating your opponent but just being too low on time. I bet you would have found you can sacrifice the queen if you had a few more minutes. Keep up the great work homie, you play great chess!

    • @LilithaMuku-of4cg
      @LilithaMuku-of4cg 2 дня назад

      Yeah, but if you need a lot of time to find it then can you still say that you just need more while still playing short time controls. If you're a slow player then you should just play 15/10. By slow I mean long thinker. Not tryna use offensive language

  • @faznaz7455
    @faznaz7455 2 дня назад

    Well done for managing to win the first game; it was a tough position. At 8:21 You brought your king back to defend the 2 passed pawns, the enemy king actually cant touch them as long as one of the pawns supports the other. Because then it would be able to promote as soon as the pawn behind gets taken. So i would play g3 then Kc4 Kxb4 premove then bring the King back if he doesn’t capture the h2 pawn and if he does then g pawn will promote. The enemy king alone cannot capture 2 connected passed pawns. This theme will definitely happen again in a future endgame, so it was worth bringing it up. Edit: If you’re concerned about time then get the king to support g pawn (i.e. NOT a corner pawn) and premove the single pawn and king position and right before the stalemate position, you have an extra tempo for your knight to queen the pawn.
