This is my first set of earbuds and the instructions were very short and vauge. Thanks to you, I've now managed to pair them to my phone and laptop, and I know what the touch controls are. The instructions said to look for buttons, and my children's ones all have buttons (different brand) - even they couldn't work out how to get it going, so it's not because I'm an old woman, lol. THANK YOU!

Very good straight forward video. When I put the earbuds in the case they do not just turn off and the charge percentage on the front of the case keeps just falling fast - not sure if this is right?

They are absolutely ridiculously amazing for the price. I thought surely they are gonna be DOA. They have most functions of $200 plus earpods and a really decent sound quality for the price of a coffee. Ill be damned. Temu came through with the goods.
