@@KathrinBonfigt thanks for the reply. I meant like, interact with something like square. I have a small landscaping company. I would like to enter names, addresses, contract descriptions, addresses in one place, have them show up as both an invoice and a calendar event.

Hi, you can change the user if you got the part before the @ wrong. If you got the wrong domain name, it's probably best to contact Google Workspace Support.

Hey, what other emails do you mean? You can forward emails to your workspace address or you can have several adresses with the same domain ending like info@businessname, support@businessname etc.

Hi Kristina, you can get a free personal email account on gmail.com but if you want to get Google Workspace you have to create a new account there.

Appreciate your opinion, but I don't agree it's a waste. Google Workspace works really well for me and a lot of other business owners I know.

Ohh its by far the most helpful video I’ve found so far and I’ve implemented everything in the video I’ve just such a newbie to it that I don’t really know what to do next when it comes to actually planning out my social media on it and moving it from to do to actioned on the calendar. I’m in beauty so not very tech savvy and don’t get much time to organise the social media side of the business and would like to plan more RUclips videos so may be a video step by step on moving stuff from planning to completion in detail might be good? As far as I know you will have to use another software that integrated with Google Workspace, for example DocuSign.

Hi Kate, It's a matter of space I think, if you drag the divider between inbox and reading pane to the right it creates more space for the sender and subject to be next to each other. Let me know if that works! :)

It will automatically refresh and check for emails to receive, sending will happen straight away if you're connected to the internet. If you want to force refresh, you can just refresh the browser window.

You mean directly in Google workspace? Then you dont need to set any DNS settings, as they ll work out of the box. You just set up your user (or more if needed).

Hi, it would be the company that is selling the router, so they should give you a portal/login to where you can adjust the DNS settings for the domain, which you can then set up to point to Google workspace as shown in the video.

Hi Maria, yes if you only have one email address for example info@yourbusiness.com, you would set that up as the only user called info.

Hi Dale, yes it can take quite a while to populate. I've had to wait 48hrs sometimes. Some hosts will change the @ to the domain name automatically, sorry this was confusing! The only mx records should be pointing to google thats correct.

Hi Ilkin, 2) You only have to to set up the DNS records once as that points your whole domain emails to your Google workspace admin account. You'll then set up all the email accounts in the admin console for each email address/account that you want to use. Does that make sense? 1) Don't delete the old account as you might want to keep the old conversations. Changing the mx records will only make any news emails to the address go to the new inbox.
